Training Sessions

​

The club meets 3 times a week.

In the Summer this looks like this:

Monday Meet at 18:30 just east of the car park near to Sea Lane Cafe. We will train on grass, stones and sand, depending on the weather conditions and tide. We finish at 20:00.

 

Wednesday is a track session at Worthing Leisure Centre from 18:30 til 20:00. 

​

Saturday Morning as are at the track for drills, where we hurdles, ladders, resistance bands, med balls and own body strength. We meet at 10:30 and finish at 12:00
